Title:
Toward stable perovskite solar cells via integration of inorganic charge transport layer and dimensional engineering of perovskite light absorber
Abstract:
Halide perovskite semiconductor has been extensively applied on solar cells, light-emitting diode, laser, and photodetector due to their remarkable optoelectronic properties. Among these photonic devices, perovskite solar cells have exhibit promising power conversion efficiency that is comparable with that of single crystalline silicon solar cells. However, their stability is a key issue for further commercial application. In this presentation, I will review the development of perovskite solar cells. Moreover, I also introduce our recent works on enhancing stability of perovskite solar cells in virtue of introduction of inorganic carrier transport layer and dimensional engineering in perovskite light absorber.
