【2022 Fall Semester】NCKU Course Credit Waiver Regulations

Applicants: Newly-admitted students (including intercollegiate transfer students) or interdepartmental transfer students (including inter-program or inter-category transfer students)
Eligibility: Those who have completed any courses on a master’s/doctoral program with a grade of at least 70 prior to matriculation.
Deadlines: Applications for course credit waiver by transfer students or newly accepted students shall be completed upon enrollment in the first semester of the first academic year, and be required to complete their applications for course credit waivers within the first week from the opening day of school (according to the university calendar) in their first academic year.
*Application Deadline for Fall Semester Newly-admitted students: 2022/8/1 to 2022/9/9 (yyyy/mm/dd) (Tentative)
Procedures: download “National Cheng Kung University Department of Application For Credit Transfer”, and prepare following documents:
(1)Fill out the application form(Students who are not graduates from MSE NCKU are required to ask the stamp from the department of original university; students who are graduates from MSE NCKU shall get a stamp from MSE department office)
(2)Transcript(mark the transferred courses)
(3)Syllabus/ Course Outline
(4) Upload the Application form, Transcript and Syllabus/ Course Outline to Course Credit Waiver System (https://nckustory.ncku.edu.tw/credit/index.php)
